With the new year approaching, I am determined to get back on my workout plan and healthy eating. I have given myself until the new year to enjoy a bit of a food splurge. One of my favorite things to make and eat if pasta with alfredo. Usually I make my own pasta, but I didn’t have the time and I was also out of my caputo 00 flour. I love the silky smooth alfredo sauce and the only thing that could have made it even better was the addition of lobster! I could eat this every day, but with all the butter, cream, and cheese, it is best reserved for a special treat.
