High Tea: Palm Court at the Langham

The Palm Court at the Langham is one of my favorite places in London. During my last visit to London, I went to the Palm Court for afternoon tea. This time, I opted for high tea. With high tea you receive a mini coupe of Laurent Perrier NV as well as a selection of cold canapes. Along with high tea you are also given a demi-tasse soup of the day and a choice of poached hen’s egg Florentine or an omelette Arnold Bennett with your traditional tea sandwiches and desserts. If you love scones, opt for afternoon tea because scones are not given with high tea. The scones at the Palm Court are the best I have ever had, so next time I visit London I will definitely go for the wonderland afternoon tea with champagne.

  1. That looks breathtakingly delicious. I must go have some tea now. And find some tasty snacks to go with it. Even my little daughter is looking at the pictures and going ‘Tasty, tasty, yum!’. There you have it.
