Makes two pizzas
- Pizza dough recipe here
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs dry white wine
- 1 tbs grated Parmesan
- 8oz lobster meat roughly chopped
- Mozzarella cheese
- Italian blend cheese
Melt butter in a saucepan on medium high heat. Add flour and whisk to combine. Pour in heavy cream, wine, and continue to whisk until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
To assemble pizza, top with cooled white sauce, sprinkle with cheese and lobster. Drizzle with a touch of heavy cream and dried oregano. Bake on pre heated pizza stone until cheese is bubbly and crust has browned.
Wine: Louis Roederer Brut Premier
Grape: 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier
Any bubbly will do!
