Buffalo Shrimp Pizza No Recipe Recipe

No that is not a typo. I know what your thinking, that doesn’t make sense. A no recipe recipe, but sometimes I just throw things together not really writing down the exact recipe. It will just give you an idea of what combos to throw together to achieve the finished products. One of the things I love about cooking is that you can add a little of this, a little of that and taylor it to your liking. So I present to you, the first no recipe recipe.

Thanksgiving Pizza #2

Just wanted to show you guys the second Thanksgiving Pizza I made. It’s pretty much the same as the first, but I added a little bit of left over mac and cheese. It was actually better than the first. I think I will be making this every Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Pizza

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I made this quick pizza last night using my leftovers from Thanksgiving. If you still have any left, give this a try. Just use any of your leftovers as a topping for your pizza. I used gravy as the base and topped it with, mozzarella, cheddar, shredded turkey, stuffing, and a little cranberry sauce. I also cheated and purchased a ready-made pizza crust. I know it sounds a little weird, but trust me, it was really tasty!

Pizza with Pancetta

Sorry I haven’t posted in soooo long! My computer was being repaired and took way longer than I expected. It’s back now so I can get back to the regularly scheduled program.

In my previous post about Rome, I pictured a bacon pizza from what has now become one of my favorite restaurants. I tried to re create this pizza to the best of my ability and I think it came out pretty good. Of course nothing like Italy, but still delicious.

Grilled Pizza & Video

Hi Guys! Just wanted to put up a quick post for one of my favorite things to make on the grill. Pizza of course! As always, I use my basic dough recipe and added grilled shrimp, artichokes, and tomatoes marinated in olive oil garlic and fresh basil. To see how it’s done, check out my latest video:

I plan to do other quick videos like this in the future. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know!

Pizza Time: Bacon Cheesesteak Pizza

As you know I love pizza and I make it often. I was craving a cheesesteak, but didn’t have a roll to make my own and I don’t live close to any places that make really great cheesesteaks. If I’m going to consume all those calories in one sitting, I want it to be good! I made my usual pizza dough and caramelized some onions. I basically took what I had in my fridge and used it for this pizza. I had one pack of sliced top round that I picked up from Whole Foods. It’s so cheap and it cooks in minutes. For the finished pizza, I added a three cheese marinara, a blend of parmesan, gruyere and colby  jack cheese, caramelized onions, steak, and a little crumbled bacon. Sooooo good!
